Hi,
I have an installation that has worked flawlessly both native and virtualized for along time, so before messing around I want to be dead sure it's safe. I've been searching for answers with no success, so I revert to asking you folks.
I have
MacBook Pro early 2008, MacOS X 10.6.2 and all updates
PD 5.0.9310.546799
WinXP Pro SP3 and all updates
Boot Camp 2.1.0
Now, I want to upgrade BC 2.1 -> 3.0 -> 3.1, starting with BC on the SnowLep install dvd.
I'm aware of the issues related to reading the dvd content.
Please fill me in here:
Is it safe?
What is subsequently needed in terms of PD reinstallation?
Any known pitfalls?
What else to consider?
