Is El Capitan Boot Image Supported?

I'm reading the Administrators guide for Parallels Mac Management for Microsoft SCCM and on page 102, it states "Only OS X 10.9 and 10.10 are currently supported. This means that the reference Mac must run one of these OS X versions."

I'm looking to deploy El Capitan - can you tell me if this is supported with version 4.0.1.31 of Parallels Mac Management for Microsoft SCCM?
