Is it safe to upgrade to V10?

Hi Guys

Normally we let an AppServer upgrade settle as there are often a few teething issues, especially surrounding printing.

We have already seen that v10 of the client will not print with v9 on the server.

Upgrading live servers late at night when all users are off is always "interesting"

Is the printing now trouble free? - anybody got any pointers?

XG is not working for me and i have a ticket open with support.
the XG terminal server agent will not stay active on my 5 server farm.
Had to downgrade to ver 9 to get the agent to work.
Not sure what to tell you, but i would certainly test.

i have upgraded with no problem, but i recommend to test it out, export the settings so you can roll back in case you have issues. universal printing was improved, now it supports multiple printers and the output has improved
