Actually we're not supporting any configuration of the Parallels Desktop 10 and El Capitan, you may check it in this KB
But if you would like to you may install the El Capitan VM with the Parallels Desktop 10 and check how it works.

so to use Parallels on El Capitan you've got to switch over to the software-rental subscription model and Parallels 11?
