Is Parallels 17 reliable yet?

I installed 17.0.0 on my 16" MacBook Pro (Intel) a few weeks ago and at first it seemed fine but then it just randomly started misbehaving - slow and unresponsive - and was just unusable and untrustworthy. I don't have the time or energy to be a beta tester so I downgraded back to 16. Has 17.0.1 made it any more reliable? Or are there any other fixes on the horizon?
 
Hello, did you get the issue with any specific application or just with your virtual machine?
Honestly, I'm using the Parallels Desktop 17.0.1. without any issue.
 
That's good to hear. I use my Windows 10 VM exclusively for software development. It's hard to say which specific application or service was acting up - the whole machine just felt unstable.

May I ask you to get in touch with here if you see any issues with the newest Parallels Desktop version?
