Is Parallels 3 out? Where's mine?

OK, I see by other posts here that version 3 is out. Hmmmmm. I pre-purchased it on June 9, with Element5.com. My credit card was charged but I have not received anything about receiving my order. I do have the email sent as a confirmation of my order. I can download the trial version, i guess, but what about a registration key? I am currently using Build 3188.
