I have two licenses (subsriptions) for Parallels Desktop Pro on silicon Macs. And one permanent license on a older intel Mac Pro. Can I buy one additional pro subscription for just one year? How do I stop this license without stopping the two others on Silicon Macs? TIA. Kind regards.
Hello @FilipR , We have sent you a private message with the steps. Kindly check and let us know the outcome. Thank you!
The problem is when I want to buy an additional license Pro with the link I received it's much more expensive than when I try it within my account and increase the number of computers. But then there is no possibility to stop on one Mac next year en keep my other licenses. Or did I miss something?
Hello, You can add licenses to your subscription. But, if you want to reduce the number of seats/licenses in your subscription after 1 year, please consider the following: If your subscription has been purchased via our colleagues from the Sales Team, please reach out to your account manager to discuss it. If your subscription has been purchased online (via the website), the only available option here is to disable auto-renewal and buy the required number of licenses once the license expires. Hope this answers your query. Thanks
