Is there a problem with the store currently?

I received an offer to upgrade to parallels 7 for MAC today. I have 6 currently. I have tried to purchase the upgrade form the online store several times with two good bankcards as well as through paypal, but I keep getting a message that the credit card authorization did not go through. Anyone know what's up with that? I even made sure I used the email associated with my account, even though it is one I rarely use anymore.
 
Authorization failed constantly

It is also occurring when I try to purchase the upgrade to V7. I tried Creditcard, Paypal and even wired transfer - always the same. I have opened a ticket #1207565
