I am running Windows 10 22H2 in Parallels 17 on a Macbook Pro 8,2 running High Sierra. In my ~/Documents folder there is a file CCOMA_X86FRE_EN-US_DV9.ISO, which seems to be a virtual DVD drive. Is it ok to delete that file without adversely impacting the Parallels Windows 10 operations? It's a 4 GB file and I'm looking to free up some disk space.

    Thanks.

If you've already installed your Win10 VM, then that's safe to go (as you can always get it back from MSFT). It's what was used to install the OS.
