Issue on activate license key

Hey guys, i've been purchased two licenses keys today.
When I started my parallels i put my license key and my old license key, but when I clicked on activate button nothing happped, the window just "refreshed".
How can I fix it?

PS: My old license key is for Parallels 7.1, and i've bought the 'upgrade' license key now.
