I purchased the 1-year upgrade on 11/06/2023 and have recently encountered a problem when trying to activate the product on my new laptop. Issue Details: Purchase Date: 11/06/2023 Product: Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition Upgrade (1 Year) Problem: When attempting to activate the product on my new laptop, I receive an error message stating, "Your key is already activated." However, I have already removed Parallels from my old laptop. Additional Concern: After logging into my Parallels account, this particular purchase does not appear in my account's purchase history or subscriptions. Steps Taken: I have ensured that Parallels is completely uninstalled from my old laptop. I've tried re-entering the activation key on my new laptop, but the issue persists. Could someone please guide me on how to resolve this activation problem? Is there a process to transfer the license to my new laptop, or do I need to deactivate it from my old device in a specific way?
