Hello Parallels Support, I am reaching out regarding my valid product key for Parallels Desktop 17 for Mac. After performing a clean installation of macOS, I followed the instructions in the email titled "Reference #302207795: Your Parallels Desktop 17 for Mac Upgrade order," which included a download link (https://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd/?experience=enter_key). Upon clicking the link, I downloaded the file "Install Parallels Desktop.dmg." However, when I proceeded with the installation, it installed Parallels Desktop 20 instead of the version I intended to install, which is 17. Currently, I am faced with the option to upgrade, which I would prefer to avoid, or to reinstall macOS entirely. I find it frustrating that following a link for version 17 would lead to an installation of a newer version without my consent. This situation feels quite scammy, and I would appreciate your assistance in either upgrading my license to version 20 or providing a way to install version 17 as initially intended. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. Best regards, Aron
