I'm having an issue with my account. I originally activated a license key on an account that I no longer have access to (I didn't realize at the time that I was using an old email address that has since been deleted).
I then tried to log in with a new email address and associated the registration key I had purchased. Everything seemed fine, except that now I cannot see the product in my account gianlu.tedesco@gmail.com, including the auto-renew settings and related management options.
The old email address was gianluca.tedesco1@studenti.unimi.it. I can also provide the activation key if needed.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this? I look forward to your reply. Thank you.
