Issues getting Parallels to activate after a time machine restore

I have been running Parallels Desktop 8 on a machine that has El Capitan seamlessly. Then my Hard Drive crashed. Installed a SSD in place of the HDD (for performance inhancements). Peformed a Time Machine restore from a back up I have done before the drive crashed. When I start up Parallels, I get an error stating that "Unable to confirm the product license" You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key. Please advise??
