Issues with activation key

I had parallels installed, had to reimage my laptop so I tried my key to reactivate but it is no longer working.
Last time this issue happened, I could get assisted by chatting with a live agent but I guess Parallels got rid of it.
Please assist.

I was using Parallels Desktop on my Mac. I have a new Mac and want to use my license on new device.
I have to write the activation key but I can't find the whole numbers. the details are below. How can I find the whole key?
