    Yeah, but it doesn't really mean anything beyond marketing for Parallels at this point.

    I wouldn't go expecting any support from MSFT if you're not on an actual PC hardware. The most 'support' you might see would be ARM drivers via windows update, but that's only because they have their own ARM based platform for businesses.
