iTunes in OSX opens when I open iTunes in Windows via Parallels

Does anyone know what triggers iTunes to open in OSX when I open iTunes in Windows under Parallels? For Parallels, I enabled the "Share Profile" option and therefore iTunes in both OS are sharing the same library. I don't want iTunes to open in OSX when I open the one in Windows under Parallels.

I have the same problem

Glad to know I'm not alone. Immediately after Windows 7 has shut down, iTunes is triggered thru this process. I am really sick of this happening every single time I use the virtual machine. Need solutions, please.
