Japanese Keyboard

JIS(Japanese) keyboard of MacBook Air was recognized as US keyboard on Mac OS 10.11 of guest.
Therefore I cannot input symbols correctly.

I found blog pages that the boot flag "devices.keyboard.id = 1" can fix this problem on PD9.
However, this fix did not work after PD10.

Can I fix this problem on PD11?

Please let us know the version of Parallels Desktop and Mac Host which you are currently running.
You can try Parallels Desktop 11 trial check this KB and check how it works.

Hi, Raj

Version of Parallels Desktop I used was 11.2.1(32626).
And Host OS was OS X 10.11.6.
Guest was also 10.11.6.
