Hi Parallels,
I just today 14 th of June 2016 bought a Phycial copy of Parallels Desktop in a Store here in Denmark. Just to find out that it (version 10) is an obsolete and unsupported version. I was not informed by the store is was not the newest version and no longer supported or updated for a long time. Given I already paid for the software is there any way I can get it converted the new version without having to a the upgrade fee ? As you can see in my account it is a brand new license I just activated today.
