Just purchased the new license but it says "this license key must be upgraded"

Bought the one-time purchase new license just now. But when I try to activate, it shows

"To activate Parallels Desktop 16, this license key must be upgraded. It cannot activate the current version because it was created for older version of Parallels Desktop."
