Just updated and installed parallels 6, please help with sound

everything works great , super fast except for 2 things. the sound has about a 2 second delay before i can hear anything and when i load sounds into a certain plugin, it takes about 10x longer than it did before the upgrade. someone please help, i was excited for the update and spent all day trying to figure out why its doing this?!

1. Click on menu Help->Report a Problem and post report ID here.
2. Describe test case step by step - what are you doing, what outcome and what is expected behavior?

 

Reinstall Parallels Tools. This is likely what support will tell you to do first.

 

ok, i have sent it in that way.. id number is 6619111
any chance for a refund being that i cant use parallels 6 and went back to 5?

 

Also having soundproblems: not really 2 second delay but really weird (continuely repeating) sound or no sound.

Not sollution yet?
