Just Upgraded to Newest Release - Windows 10 Start button Not working

I just upgraded to the latest Parallels release 11.02. Since then, clicking the Start button for Windows 10 does nothing. Also can't enter text in the Search box. Running El Capitan. I need these Windows feature to work.

Is there any way I can rollback to the previous Parallels release so I don't have this issue?

This error appears when I try to launch the Windows store or Edge. Please see attached screenshot.

Any ideas?

Him could you please provide us with the problem report in order to investigate the issue further.

Reverted to previous 11 version and have the same issue.
