Hello,

We are using IP addresses to filter access to published applications and we just went through with a planned purchase of Kaspersky Enterprise Space, for all the malware/antivirus/antispy protection. In testing, we have discovered that the published apps we filter by IP address are no longer visible to users with Kaspersky installed. Disabling some subset of the various Kaspersky components causes the applications to reappear. In troubleshooting, I think I have discovered the root of the problem, because on the terminal server, I am seeing the source login address for the Kaspersky machine as being 127.0.0.1 This is obviously outside the permissible address range for the published apps and the apps aren't visible.

Anyone else who may be using Kaspersky have this problem? Seems I will have to tackle this from the Kaspersky side of the world, but was hoping someone had already figured out the solution :)

Client tested 6.2 and server is still 6.1

Hi,
Can you give a static IP to your server which has 2X Publishing Agent installed.

All our servers have static IPs and Kaspersky is running on the clients only.

Hi,
Thought the problem was on the server side.
If it is the client side, have to talk to Kaspersky.
It should have some network settings.

i suggest you use filtering bu user or machine name and not ip in this case.
