Installed the trial of Kaspersky on my Mac and Windows VM. It made the virtual machine run terrible slow. I removed Kaspersky from the Windows VM and it was still running slow. Removed from my Mac and everything is back to normal. You might want to validate these "optional/suggested" items/features dont cause poor performance before you recommend users to install them.
