The complimentary Kaspersky for Windows initially installed without problem (13 days left on my trial period). Yesterday I noticed a warning that Windows had no antivirus/security protection. Using the Parallels security center, Kaspersky for Windows downloads but does not install following the shutdown/restart. After attempting the reinstallation yesterday, a grey box now appears on the screen when Parallels enters coherence mode.
How do I reinstall Kaspersky for Windows? Since Windows antivirus protection is critical, can I install Avast for Windows if the Kaspersky reinstallation continues to be a problem?
The grey box does not affect functionality. It would be nice to eliminate but my first priority is the antivirus protection.
