Keyboard does not working in Halo: Spartan Strike

Parallels Dekstop 11, Windows 10 Professional Build 1511.
Keyboard works fine in common applications, but in Halo: Spartan Strike (Game from Microsoft Studio) no response for any key stroke. Mouse works in this game.
 
Hello Nan,
1.Switch to Options tab -> Optimization. Make sure that Performance option is set to 'Faster virtual machine', and Power option is set to 'Better performance.
2.Switch to Hardware tab -> Video (Graphics). Set 256MB of video memory. Set the desired DirectX version from the drop-down menu.
3.Check Enable vertical synchronization.
4.Check the settings of Mouse & Keyboard > Smart Mouse and choose Auto-detect for the games. The Keyboard option needs to be set to Optimize for games.

Hi Paul Chris,
My default settings is almost same as you mentioned above. Only need to change the keyboard settings to "Optimize for games". Not work. :(
 
Hello Nan,
Please go to the Parallels Desktop menu > Preferences > Shortcuts tab > System Shortcuts > set 'Send System Shortcuts' option to 'Always'.
Restart Virtual Machine and let us know how it goes.
