Keyboard doesn't work in parallels

The keyboard does not work in windows on my virtual machine. works fine on the mac side. but nothing in parallels on the windows side. Any suggestions?

Hello tracys2, please click on Actions(On the Mac menu bar) > Reinstall Parallels Tools and check if this works. Thanks!

Not to worry, we are here to help! Are you able to reinstall Parallels Tools in Windows virtual machine? Does Windows not booting after the Parallels Tools installation? If so, please share the screenshot of the Windows startup page, we will check and help further.
