Keyboard hangs in Parallels 12 with Windows 10 Guest.

Parallels 12 with Windows 10 Guest is hanging constantly since installing upgrade from parallels 11 -> 12.
Have already tried re-installing Parallels Tools.

The keyboard just stops responding and after what seems like eternity when this happens every minute, everything I typed comes flooding in.
 
Thank you for your reply. That URL downloads a file that has the same name as the one I have already downloaded and installed.
For grins, I installed it anyway.
I was running 12.0.1 (41296) before and after installing the file suggested.
