Keyboard in PD4.0 problem

Sometimes in PD4.0, when going between host and guest, and/or switching to full screen and visa versa, the apple keyboard is unresponsive in the guest os. No keys response whatsoever. I figured out that by rebooting the VM, solves this intermittent problem, but are parallels aware of this and will it be fixed in future versions ?

What build are you using? Check it in Parallels Desktop menu -> About Parallels Desktop.

Could you please as a first step to reinstall Parallels Tools

reinstalling PT didn't resolve his issue.
