I have a 2023 24" MacBook Pro with the M2 Max chip, running Sonoma 14.0 / PD 19.0 / Windows 11 Home version 22000.2538. I use Keyboard Maestro 11.0 largely for inserting text strings. (Note: the problem below has been a permanent hard fail also on my 2021 MacBook Pro, on earlier versions of PD, and on earlier versions of KM.)

KM has always run flawlessly in Mac apps on both MacBooks. However, it has never worked in Windows applications running under PD on either machine.

I used the KM Interactive Help feature to see if the macro was getting triggered when I typed the initiating text string (e.g., ##km would immediately type Keyboard Maestro in my Mac apps). The Interactive Help troubleshooting tool shows the macro was triggered in MacOS, but was not triggered when the string was typed in a Windows app under PD. That tells me that PD is not passing the string to MacOS, or that the string is somehow being blocked or redirected before it reaches the KM engine. As stated, this has been a 100% repeatable hard fail on both Macs since I've had them -- KM has never worked under PD. I did ensure that the infamous Accessibility issue in KM was not the culprit, and switching to Coherence mode has no effect on the issue.

Other KM users in their forum are having no problems, so it's clearly something my configuration(s) that's behind it. I've scoured PD and KM help, looked at all the menu and settings choices, and posted on the KM forum. Still no resolution. Someone please help! I really need KM to work as well on the Windows apps as it does on the Mac apps.
