Keyboard not working after update.

    There is no way to insert the password in windows Login Page due to the keyboard is not working.
    After the update of parallels, windows started to search some drivers When finished I had no possibility to go in Windows Control panel to check drivers because I have no possibilities to insert the Login Password at startup.
    What I can Do? I tried to change in Parallels configure to use "optimize keyboard for games" but nothing...

    Hi MassimoP3. Disable the File Vault option on the macOS side and check whether the keyboard is working in the virtual machine.

    Hi Sathiya, thanks I found the solution.
    In config Boot Order -> Advanced Boot flags I wrote " devices.usb.keyboard=2 " and then start Windows. The problem solved. Then I've reinstalled Parallels Tools. All working fine now. Thanks
