Keyboard shortcut for "use all displays in full screen"

This may seem v geeky but is not: the 'use all displays in full screen' option requires digging to access it. But I use it all the time

Is there any way to create a keyboard shortcut to toggle 'use all displays in full screen' - either within parallells or in Macos?

Thanks - this would really help!
