Keyboard Shortcut Preference Reset on every host restart

I have tried adding few additional keyboard shortcuts. For example, map Cmd + / to Ctrl + / directly on "Windows" profile or creating a new profile all together. I lose all my additions to Windows and the new profile I created every time the host restarts. Is there a way to make the shortcut permanent?
 
I am running into this issue with Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro 18. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
 
Yesterday I talked with support, they said it's a general issue, the feature of saving is not existing, but they are working on implementing.
 
Support reached out to me with a solution that works
You have to make a new folder at: ~/Library/Preferences , with the name "Parallels".
You can use this command in the terminal: mkdir ~/Library/Preferences/Parallels; or just make it manually
