Keyboard shortcuts

Is there a way to define your own keyboard shortcuts in PaintShop Pro? I looked for some dialog box that would allow me to do that, but all I found was the mapping display that showed me what the current mappings were, but it did not allow me to change anything. Some things I do often (for example, flattening layers) and there is no existing keyboard shortcut for many of them, so I would like to define them, if possible.
 
If there is a keyboard shortcut that exists in the program you wish to use you should be able to map it following these instructions.
