Keyboard shortcuts

I have parallels 15 on os Catalina on my Mac,
I have windows 10 (build 2004) running in parallels

Now one of my account packages (the reason I need windows on my Mac :( ) has a keyboard shortcut of ctrl + Shift
this works fine on a windows 10 machine BUT doesn't work at all on my configuration

Help please any advice would be welcome :)
 
No Maria it doesnt

Don't worry have sorted it now, I have simply plugged a windows keyboard into the Mac and its sorted what I needed the short cut for :)

So not a parallels issue in anyway rather its a keyboard compatibility issue on windows and the accounts software I am using - just needed to incrementally update it so I install the latest release and then update again - just needed that short cut in the update process - wont need it again
