Okay, upgraded to v11 immediately with high hopes and I begin to regret my decision. Since upgrading I've been plagued with extreme slowness on certain keyboard operations, one bothering me a lot being Shift+Alt+Left and Shift+Alt+Right for selection extension by word. You know, when you are in the middle of a sentence, and you press this combination in order to select something before or after, and keep it pressed until you're satisfied with the selection begin position (in case of Shift+Alt+Left, otherwise it's the end position of course). Well, it's very slow, keyboard press events remain in the buffer such that even after releasing the keyboard the selection keeps extending... A nightmare!
It's a Parallels issue since it can be reproduced in Nodepad, on any VM (and I have quite a few). W10 or W7 or W8, the same, so it's not a W10 issue. And of course, in OSX everything works as expected, fast and fluid.
Please Parallels come up with a solution quick, it's *that* bad.
