Anyone able to get this to download their ebooks under parallels? Several of us have parallels 5.0 and Kindle for PC beta cannot download any content with either a shared or bridged network connection.

Run the app on the same network without a VM, and it works fine. Any idea what could be wrong?

Solved this; The culprit for now is having the documents folder shared between win7/macosx & the way Kindle PC creates its data directory.

Solution: under macosx terminal, mkdir "$HOME/Documents/My Kindle Content"
