kubuntu & coherence, menu icon missing?

On a lark, I tried coherence in kubuntu. It works great, but the Parallels menu bar icon doesn't display.

I haven't tested if this is the case in Windows 7 yet.

Has anyone else observed this odd behavior? This isn't a big issue; I usually only have a couple sessions open in konsole.
 
OK, I'm getting the same behavior with Windows7. Perhaps I ought to repost this on the windows forum.
