Large icons do not appear in windows 7 taskbar after recent Parallels upgrade

After upgrading to Parallels v8.0.18615, some applications shortcut icons on the Window7 taskbar do not display. Only the generic icons are displayed. See http://cl.ly/image/0S0T1E2F3u30.

If the icons are set to "show small icons" in the taskbar settings, they show up - see http://cl.ly/image/2h2G0a2z3E2I

This was not a problem in the previous Parallels 8 build I was using (not sure exactly what the build number was). I upgraded today.

Host is OS X 10.8.5

Please follow the steps below:

0. Make a backup: http://kb.parallels.com/8829
1. Press Ctrl-Shift-Escape to get the task manager.
2. In the Processes tab, click on explorer.exe and click End Process. You'll get a confirmation dialog. Click "End Process" to confirm.
3. From the File menu (still in the task manager), choose New Task (Run...).
4. Copy/paste/enter the following command in the run box: Code: cmd /c del %userprofile%\AppData\Local\IconCache.db /a
5. Open the Run box again with File --> New Task (Run...). This time, enter this command: Code: explorer.exe
6. All should be okay now. Open the Start Menu and confirm that your icons are fixed.
