Latest Parallels Desktop 12.1.1 (41491) frequently doing snapshots and deleting them

Since the previous update I have been interrupted regularly by Parallels deleting and then creating new snapshots while I am running a Windows 10 X64 VM.
I do have Acronis True Image set to do backups once a day at 11PM.
I do not have Smartguard enabled.

Please follow the below steps and keep us posted
1. Uninstall Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac (Use PDRemove.zip)
2. Run Repair Disk permission/First Aid
3. Restart the Mac & reinstall Parallels Desktop 12

I ran disk repair in disk utility (no errors reported) I used PDRemove. Rebooted. Reinstalled. Same behavior. Within 10 minutes of starting the VM it started taking and deleting snapshots.

This might be an issue with True Image as I just caught it taking a snapshot again then I decided to disable scheduled (11pm daily) backup and found that it was beginning backup again. It could be scheduling bug in true image.
