Launch Needs to be Able Launch Sets of Apps as Pre-Saved

Launch, as it is, will only start up one chosen set of apps.
(1) What us needed is the Ability to Save Sets of Apps that can be chosen to start when desired.
(2) To be able to save Sets of Folders as Tabbed Folders in particular configurations would be useful too.
(3) Also what would be useful would be to be able to quit All Apps or A Given Set of Lauch Saved Apps too.
