Launching *Admin* Command Window from Mac

I'd like to be able to launch an Admin Command prompt in coherence mode from the Mac Doc. I've had no luck thus far.

Essentially, I launched an Admin prompt in the Windows Guest and then "pinned" it to the Mac Doc. When I used this Shortcut to launch a new window, I indeed got a new command prompt, but it wasn't an admin prompt.

Any ideas on how to get there?

In order to create Admin command shortcut, please follow the steps then you can drag and drop it to Mac Dock.
