Legacy License

I purchased an upgrade version of Parallels 14, entered the product key, and then was asked for a previous key. I logged in and entered the Legacy number in my account and that was rejected.
I assumed I was eligible when I found that Legacy License, no doubt I'm mistaken but I would appreciate a clarification, thanks.
(I cancelled that upgrade order in the meantime)
 
Hi, @AlM4, in order to activate Parallels Desktop with a full license, you only need a license key for the version you are installing. And to activate Parallels Desktop with an upgrade license, you need two keys: the upgrade key for the version you are installing, and a key for one of previous versions.
Looks like that you purchase upgrade license but don't have any previous key, am I right?

I have a Legacy License which I took to be the same thing, obviously it isn't, thanks for replying.
