Legacy Licenses do they still work

I have a old mac pro that i use for work. i have a copy of window 7 on it that uses parallels 11 to run it. I don't use it that often and have have tried to use it today and it not letting me access windows 7 comes up with a internet error code. Is there any way of getting up and running again or have i lost all my work on windows 7
