I bought a professional licence for Parallels Desktop just 2 weeks ago. I follow the procedure to activate the licence, but no go... It won't activate. I'm trying to contact support, but no luck, the email support option is greyed out, even though I'm entitled to 2 year email support. I understand you need to protect your product. But I need to use it without installation being a chore! So I will switch to a different product this time. How can I contact somebody at Parallels to ask for a refund?
