Licence transfer problem

Hello,
I am attempting to transfer my Parallels 10 License from one Mac to new one but I am receiving the error;
"This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."
How to deactivate the key from the old Mac ?
Can you help me with this?

Hi, we've made necessary changes, please check the activation once again and let us know the results.
 
Hello,
As you suggested we retried the activation procedure on the new Mac. But, as you can see on the pictures below, we are at the same point.

On the old Mac, we unfortunately dont have any possibility to deactivate the Account & License. As proposed in the documentation, we dont have any Account & License menu. We are on the Parallels Version 10.
