License blacklisted!

Hi,
i've a problem with my License Key for Parallels Desktop 19 Pro for Mac.
After i want to use it on my second Mac, an message "this key is blacklisted" showed up an i can not activate it on my first and my second mac.
Can you help me?
When needed i can you give my License Key and other information from my purchase.
