Hi
I ordered a new license / Upgrade to Parallels Desktop 20 short before Christmas
Everything worked fine with my new mac. But then I had to restart my old one to get an important file out of windows. The old Mac updated also to Version 20 and now, I can not start it any more on my new Mac. The License is now shown as Blacklisted...
As on the old one too.

I only want to use the License on my new one.
Can you please help me.

btw: When I Log in to my account, I can not see the functions as in the knowledge base, as I do not have a business license
