License moving - activation problem

Hi Parallels Support,
I try to move my Parallels Desktop 11 license to another mac (running El Capitan) and got the activation limit problem although I deactivatet it already on the old mac . Please help asap, thanks

Hi @LadyM, we have reset the license key limit. Please restart Parallels Desktop to reactivate the same key. Thanks!
