I have an activated license for Parallels Desktop 17. I purchased a new Mac computer, so I logged out from the older Mac, and when trying to activate Parallels in the new Mac computer, this message appears: -- This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies. I have no idea how to move my license to the new machine. Please help!!
Same problem here .. waiting for my license key reset since saturday and no one from support answers me..
Problem solved. I wrote a message to the Parallels Support account at twitter: https://twitter.com/ParallelsCares I got a license reset in hours.
